Product Description The exceptional talents of George Davidson on the grand piano and Eugenio Leon on the Paraguayan harp join together to bring you this extraordinary collaboration. This masterful collection will touch you with the very first note that you hear. About the Artist George Davidsons love for the piano began in the early 70s as he was growing up on Guernsey, a small island off the coast of France. His passion for the instrument continued and he has proved himself to be extremely gifted. He began his professional career as a pianist at the age of 17 when the Hyatt Regency Resort in Grand Cayman employed him to entertain the hotel guests. Shortly after that, he was asked to perform at Benjamins Roof Restaurant on Seven-Mile Beach. Currently he is the Resident Artist at the beautiful Westin Casuarina Resort in Grand Cayman. From the beginning Georges guests have raved over his expressive style and asked to take his music home with them. At their request, George went to the recording studio in the spring of 1993 to produce his first recording. It included many of his favorite selections, such as Ballad Pour Adeline, Memory from CATS, and All I ask of You from The Phantom of the Opera. The response to this first recording was so positive that George has continued to record new albums each year. His discography includes romantic favorites, French love songs, show tunes, and original compositions. Georges extraordinary talent has delighted fans from around the world. Eugenio Leon Of Guarani Indian and Spanish decent, Eugenio is a native of Paraguay. Since the age of 8 he has performed on the Paraguayan harp, one of the few instruments that integrates the rhythms and sounds of both the contemporary and the classical. It was from these beginnings that Eugenio developed the love of performing the passionate and free-spirited style which is characteristic of the music he creates today. Graduating to become a teacher of the harp, Eugenio is a determined individual whose captivating performances have resulted in invitations to play in Canada, Hong Kong, Thailand, Bermuda and the United States.
